Hello my gorgeous stalkers!!!! I know it has been awhile since my last post, but I am here and very excited to be coming to you with this review. Lately within the past month I have been on a foundation hunt and had a list of different ones I wanted to try out. I am still working on the ones I have gotten and will be writing and reviewing each. There are also a few that I am still on the lookout for. In my last sephora haul I actually purchased two high end foundations that I had heard good things about and wanted to try. The one that I am going to talk about today is the Josie Maran matchmaker serum foundation. It of course is made with Argan Oil as all of the line's products are. You basically have two choices when purchasing the foundation. You can either get the light to medium and the medium to tan. They are formulated to match your skins tone to give you wonderful coverage and a flawless finish. They are designed with chameleon pigments that work to match your skin as soon as it is applied. The liquid comes out white and then matches your skin tone while nourishing it. It is really cool and when applied with the proper brush, it can leave a gorgeous finish. I was a little hesitant at first, wondering if it might blend too light or even have too much pigment that would leave it darker on my skin. I honestly found that it is very true to its claim and is a really fabulous product. It doesn't feel heavy or thick and has an amazing and buildable coverage. I see it starting as a tinted moisturizer feel, that then can become a medium coverage foundation. Since I have combination skin with some dry areas, I love the feel of this serum on my skin. I also felt it to be pretty long lasting after I wore it for about ten hours. It didn't oxidize or fade throughout the day. I have been a fan of this line for a while having tried a few items, but this was one that I can see myself using and repurchasing. It can be a little pricey at $42 for the size of the bottle(1 Fl Oz), but it is worth it. You can keep it for your special occasions if you like. I truly suggest you giving it a try to have as one of your higher end foundations. The consistency, color payoff and longwear are the best reasons I can give to give a try. You can purchase this at Sephora stores or sephora.com as well as through QVC.com. I hope this review was helpful and I will be doing a video for my YT channel soon, so be on the lookout. Until then, always remember: Peace, love and beauty always!!!! Xoxo
Hello my gorgeous stalkers!!! I am here with my favs for Spring and Summer polishes. I am so excited about seasons changing and the sun shining. The best part about the sun coming out is sandal season. You can pick up the prettiest sandals and flip flops to show off the cutest pedicures. It may not be easy to always take the time to do your nails. Everyone is always running around and busy, but a girl always needs to take the time to keep her nails cleaned up and pretty. I really love the colors that have been coming out for this season and I see beautiful mani/pedis in my future, Lol!!! So here are some of the shades that I wanted to share with you today. No matter how many colors there can be out there, some girls love their beautiful French or neutral colors and those are wonderful. One color that I think is beautiful is “Bela” from Zoya, which is truly a ballerina’s color having a product placement in the movie Black Swan. There are also some gorgeous light shades in the 2010 summer collection from Essie. The shades range from bright oranges and greens (GO CANES!!! Miami fans) to gorgeous lavenders and light corals. I have also loved my beautiful shades from the Nicole by OPI Justin Bieber “One less lonely girl” collection. The look so gorgeous on and there are a great variety of shade ranges. Another fabulous collection that I love for these seasons is the FLASH collection by Zoya, there are some wonderful, bright shades that look beautiful on all skin tones. I really didn’t mention too many yellows only because I know that a lot of people can be up in the air about those. Chanel’s mimosa is getting tons of posts and reviews in the beauty community. I am actually a fan of a couple of yellows, there is Sephora for OPI in cab fare and China Glaze’s Lighthouse from the Anchors Away Collection. Check out my video on my favs for these colorful, gorgeous seasons. I would love to hear your thoughts as well on colors that you love. Thank you so much for being part of my amazing journey and look forward to more exciting things to come!! Please feel free to check out Curvy Magazine for my reviews on fabulous products. You can find me there at: www.curvymagazine.com under Beauty/Health. Until next time my loves! Peace, love and beauty always!!!! Xoxoxo

Hello all my gorgeous stalkers! This post is to give you a few tips on things that we may forget when thinking about looking and feeling our best. We all know that the most attractive and valuable thing that a person can have is confidence. Besides believing in yourself there are also some things that can fall through the cracks if not taken into consideration. The important beauty essential for everyone one is: Water! This is the number one thing to help you keep gorgeous skin and to get rid of toxins in the body. It is so important to drink at least 8-10 glasses a day. I know that this is not news to anyone, but most people think of it in terms of dieting. Water does keep you healthy but serves to keep you beautiful as well. Another item that I am a strong believer in is Biotin. This is vitamin that is made to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. You can purchase it at any drugstore, walmart, target, etc. It really makes a difference and you can tell pretty quickly. I have very fine hair and am always looking for things to keep it strong and shiny. Biotin has really helped me with this. I also recommend a good amount of vitamin E. It is fabulous for the skin and can be used to make at home facial remedies as well. You can also find it in delicious foods such as almonds and avocados. You can always see vitamin E in your lotions and body creams, so you know it is wonderful on the skin. You should always be on the lookout for home treatments, remedies that are good for you. There are so many products in the beauty industry and sometimes you don’t need so many chemicals. There are tons of natural beauty remedies around. One thing I will say is that you may not always have the budget for certain things, so always be on the lookout for alternatives. I do believe in investing in your personal beauty needs. This can mean in a certain product or sometimes maybe buying a larger size of something so that it lasts longer. Because you are so unique and so special, you should make the effort to invest in yourself. It can lead to you feeling better about the way you look and that is priceless. No matter what, you should always remember that stress and anxiety can be aging and will show all over your face. Something that will make you beautiful no matter what comes your way will be when you take life one day at a time. Meditation is a fabulous way to achieve this. You can lose all anxiety by letting your mind wander and finding a place of peace. You are amazing, so make sure you project that everyday. This happens by making sure to laugh at any obstacles that come your way and smile as often as possible!!! I hope this was helpful to you and please feel free to comment or suggest whatever works for you….Love, peace and beauty always!!!! Xoxo

Hello my amazing and beautiful makeup stalkers!!!! I wanted to talk about something that is so important to me: skincare. This is a review for a 3-step skincare regimen that was sent to me and I highly recommend it for men, women, young adults, etc. It is great for basically for anyone that has a vulnerability to acne or is trying to prevent and also lighten any spots/scarring. I started using it when I had broken out and in about a week and a half, I really started to notice my skin clearing up. My skin can be pretty sensitive to acne regimens, so I really am careful with what I use. This is a line that my skin reacted to very well. It was developed by a dermatologist looking to target all skin types and skin tones without harmful irritants. The line is formulated with high-grade botanicals and is allergy tested to make it available to even the most sensitive of skin types. The regimen consists of basically three steps:
· Clarifying AM/PM cleanser- a decadent lathering gel that has blue beads for slight exfoliation. It hydrates and restores to eliminate impurities as well as remove makeup and oil.
· Intensive Acne treatment (2% Salicylic Acid)- This treatment features the maximum amount of salicylic acid in both quick and extended release forms and contains skin-soothing botanicals to calm the skin. It can be used a few times a day for those painful and annoying blemishes.
· Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 15- A light, luxurious oil-free moisturizer with SPF 15. It absorbs into the skin quickly with no residue and helps balance natural oils. It also provides a broad spectrum of UVA/UVB protection and helps minimize pores.
A basic starter kit for this line is around $40.00 USD and that is for a thirty-day supply. I believe this is pretty reasonable considering the price of so many separate skin products that are out on the market today. I do like that it comes with such a great spot treatment. That is so important and a lot of lines do not include that. In an independent clinical study for the line, there were participants of all skin tones/types and here were the results:
97% of the participants had a total decrease in their acne in a 6-week time frame.
66% had a decrease in severe acne within 3 weeks.
73% found a decrease in pore size as well as a lightening of brown spots and scarring.
I really had a good experience with this product and highly recommend to anyone who is prone to acne or breakouts. I hope this review was helpful and please feel free to comment with any questions. Love, peace and beauty always…..Xoxo
